We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days (2 weeks) of delivery to request a return or replacement.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us (through the portal at the bottom of this web page) with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the damage or defect

We will review your request and, if possible, send a replacement part to correct the issue.
If a replacement part cannot be provided, we will offer a return for a full refund.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging (if applicable).

  • The item must not show signs of use beyond what is necessary to identify a defect.

Return Process

Once your return is approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

Non-Returnable Items
