PCB Manufacturing
We offer PCB design, board printing, and assembly services. Our manufacturing capabilities allow us to produce 1,2, 4, and 6 layer boards. We are also able to silkscreen boards and can assemble components as small as 0201 with our SMD assembly service.

Design Guidelines

Our boards have a minimum trace width and spacing of .15mm.
Vias are supported with a minimum hole size of 0.5mm and clearance of 0.4mm.
Our 1 and 2 layer boards are 1oz copper weight, with our 4 and 6 layer boards having 0.5oz internal layers and 1oz external layers. -
Our SMD system is capable of supporting components down to 0201 packages.
Any components that we place need to be available with the full part number in a BOM document.
Components on your board must be properly labeled matching labels in the BOM.
A minimum clearance of 0.3mm is highly recommended between parts to ensure they do not interfere during placement.
Component footprints must include some form of direction indicator if the footprint is symmetrical, otherwise diodes, capacitors, and other IC’s risk being installed backwards. -
Our design service works directly off the constraints that you give and relies on feedback to improve a design. We charge service fees during consultation and development work.
