After a major system on our customer’s production line failed, and with proper replacement parts 2 months out, we needed to find a way to keep things moving in the short term. Within 3 days, we designed a functional replacement that could handle the wear and tear long enough for the long term replacements to arrive. Without our emergency repair work our customer would have lost months of production time and revenue, instead only 3 days were lost!
